Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Facilities within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 7) is soliciting bids for researcher, as outline in the Statement of Work, at the Charleston VAMC. Performance must begin on or about 01 August 2011. The Government expects to award to a single contractor a Firm Fixed Priced contract. The requirement will be advertised in fedbizopps as a 100% Unrestricted Open Market. NAICS code for this requisition is 541711. This contract includes a base year (date of award through 30 July 2012, plus four (4) one year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation RFP VA-247-11-0243 will be available on or about 10 July 2011. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing this research will be considered. Subcontracting will not be allowed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
