- This is a Sources Sought Announcement for The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) for which the agency is seeking to set-aside for small business. The agency requires Building and testing three voltammetry systems Description Building and testing three voltammetry systems; two with TTL devices and integrated audio visual systems, one with basic voltammetry; installation of hardware and software in computers - LABOR Building and testing three voltammetry systems; two with TTL devices and integrated audio visual systems, one with basic voltammetry; installation of hardware and software in computers - PARTS The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Interested Small Business concerns should respond with a capability statement no later than July 11, 2011 with length no longer than 10 pages. Capability statements must include a list of available products to include prices. Please reference the sources sought number on all related correspondence. No collect calls will be accepted. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement. Any proprietary information should be so marked. This request is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement. Interested organizations presenting a capability statement in response to this sources sought announcement must identify their size status and NAICS Codes Certifications. RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENT VIA E-MAIL to johnsonjr@mail.nih.gov no later than July 11, 2011, 10:30 AM Eastern Time for consideration.
