- This is a Sources Sought Announcement for The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) for which the agency is seeking to set-aside for small business. Interested Small Business concerns should respond with a capability statement no later than July 12, 2011 with length no longer than 10 pages.
