- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to reconfigure the existing chemo area to create new nurse's station and more chemotherapeutic administrating sites. Expand the women's health area to create a pharmacy office and two (2) additional exam rooms. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. To be eligible for award you must also be registered in the following: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; www.cpscontractor.nih.gov and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Contract Specialist is Brad Martin.
