- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) that may result in a single firm fixed price contract to complete the installation of: a 25,000 gallon water storage tank; stock water pipeline from existing well to the newly installed storage tank; and one new stockwater tank with watering assemblies. The contractor is to furnish the labor, equipment, supplies and materials (except for specified Government-furnished property) to accomplish the work. The project is located near Malta Montana (Phillips County). Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $30,000. The RFQ is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about July 21, 2011 at www.fedconnect.net. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. A Site Tour will be scheduled; date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. Response date for quotes will be on or about August 22, 2011. This is a Small Business Set-aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Both self-registration sites can be found at www.bpn.gov.
