- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Expressions of Interest South Burlington, Vermont The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in South Burlington, Vermont that will be expiring. The Government desires to lease first class Office Space yielding a minimum of 983 ABOA square feet in South Burlington, Vermont, within the following delineated area: West: Old Farms Road/Airport Drive, from Williston Road to Kimball Avenue, North: Williston Road/Industrial Avenue/Mountain View Road, from Old Farms Road/Airport Drive on the west, to Old Stage Road on the east. East: Old Stage Road, from Mountain View Road to Williston Road. South: Kimball Avenue/Marshall Avenue/Maple Tree Place/Williston Road, from Old Farms Road/Airport Drive to Old Stage Road. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirement, as will as as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and on-productive agency downtime. The office space must be contiguous and on one floor. The office space must be on the second floor or higher. Five (5) surface parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 13, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Rentable space available, and the expected rental rate for a fully service lease ABOA office area to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount of tenant improvement and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on site, and the cost, and whether the cost is included in the rental rates above. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building List of building services provided. The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
