- SPAWAR System Center Pacific is seeking competitive quotations for the itemslisted in the attached. This is a brand name requirement and failure to quotebrand name items may result in the quote in question being consideredtechnically unacceptable. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation forcommercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures. It is the responsibility of the contractor to befamiliarwith the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in fulltext at www.farsite.hill.af.mil.
