- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Synopsis will be follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-11-T-0111 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 06 July 2011 In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System coder is 423440, and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 - 0011. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: Can Washer Item 0002: Knife Sharpener Item 0003: Vegetable Peeler Item 0004: Double Deck Combi Steam Oven Item 0005: Food Mixer Item 0006: Dishwasher Item 0007: Installation for Item 0006 Item 0008: Convection Oven Item 0009: Refrigeration, Freezer Item 0010: Pot/ Pan Washer Item 0011: Kettle, Electric The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 06 July 2011. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.ney.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-11-T-0111. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CP S.D. BUTLLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 16:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
