- DIRECT PROCUREMENT METHOD (DPM) CLAIMS AND LIABILITY ACRONYMS DEFINITIONS CONTRACTOR DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT LISTINGS AND ESTIMATED QUANTITIES PUBLICATIONS AND COMMERCIAL STANDARDS FIGURES Performance Work Statement FA3300-11-R-0034 Solicitation THIS REQUIREMENT IS LIMITED TO 100% SMALL BUSINESSES WITHIN THE 200 MILE RADIUS OF AREA CODE 36112 (MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, ALABAMA). The 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a requirement to provide all labor materials, transportation, materials and equipment necessary to provide Packing and Crating and Local Drayage for Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL. The period of performance will include a base period of Date of Award (on or about 31 August 2011) through 30 December 2011, and 4 one-year options. Due date for receipt of performance references and proposals will be 8 August 2011. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. This is expected to be a Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 484210 and the small business size standard is $18.5M. Paper copies of the RFP will not be available; you may download the RFP and submit your proposal as required. This will be the only RFP issued for this requirement. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offerors responding to the RFP must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov, the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database at http://www.wawf.eb.mil and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov. Offerors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration are ineligible for award.
