- Title: Boundary Survey of DSD Partnership, A Texas General Partnership, Tract (313) located at the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) F11PS00949, the RFP will be posted on or about 07/08/2011. This requirement is to perform a boundary survey of DSD Partnership, A Texas General Partnership, Tract (313) located at the Lower Rio Grande Valley National Wildlife Refuge. This RFP will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking but, not limiting the procurement to certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541370 - Surveying and mapping (except Geophysical) Services. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number.
