Description

The U.S. Census Bureau intends to award a Sole Source firm fixed-price contract to McGraw-Hill Construction, 1200 G Street, NW Suite 900 Washington DC 20005. This sole source contract is for construction data analysis support for the U.S. Census Bureau. The period of performance is, date of award through 9/30/2012, with four (4) twelve (12) month options. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only one responsible source. McGraw-Hill Construction has been providing this unique service to the U.S. Census Bureau for the last twenty (20) years and is the only entity known to submit a required capability statement. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
