- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Sub-part 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Purchase Request #F1S2AA1130A001. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20110617. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333512, and the size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 3417. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following supply: Advanced Valve Technologies, Inc. EZ Valve II Service Kit (4"-12" Capability, Electric Drive Motor), or a similar item. The requirement shall include the following: - End Mill Machine (4"-12" Capability) - Electric Drive Motor - End Mill Cutter (2) - Replaceable Teeth (2) sets - Rotating Feed Apparatus (4"-12") - End Rings (4") set - End Rings (6") set - End Rings (8") set - End Rings (10") set - End Rings (12") set - Valve Adaptor Flanges (5) - Gear Box - Drive Chain - Export Hose - Chip Flush Completion Apparatus - Chip Flush Completion Fittings This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
