Description

THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JULY 25, 2011. The work consists of the following: 1. Converting existing storage and office space located in inside warehouse B into a wood shop and an equipment room for existing drying ovens and refrigerators. Relocate existing generator and propane tank to provide backup power for the new equipment room. Revamp existing warehouse HVAC system for these new uses. Provide and install new cabinets, counters, dust collection system, doors, etc. for these new spaces. 2. Convert existing wood shop space into storage space. Convert existing oven/refrigerator room into office/work space. Provide electric power and data for these new work spaces. Install new data wiring to replace existing wiring from locations shown on the drawings back to the computer room. Install new grid ceiling, paint, provide and install wall acoustical treatment, etc. 3. Convert existing men's restroom into a unisex ADA shower room. 4. Remodel existing kitchenette to provide additional space and better functional layout. The Government Esitmate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
