Description

To all recipients of the prospectus, CC-OLYM002-12, for a concession contract for overnight accommodations, food and beverage, retail, and related services at Log Cabin Resort within Olympic National Park. Please see the attachement to modification 4 at http://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/ or by contacting Isabel Alvarado at (510) 817-1471 or isabel_alvarado@nps.gov. The prospectus is available on the NPS Concessions website at http://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/. If you are planning to submit a proposal and have obtained your prospectus from the website, please advise Isabel_Alvarado@nps.gov of your contact information in order to receive future amendments to the prospectus. Those who have been placed on the mailing list will be provided with any additional information specific to the prospectus in writing. The same information will also be posted to the above-mentioned website. A hard-copy prospectus is also available upon written request. To request a copy, please contact Isabel Alvarado, Concession Management Specialist, National Park Service, Pacific West Regional Office, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, CA 94607, phone number (510) 817-1471 or at the above email, and include a street address (not post office box) and telephone number. Please include a $50.00 check or money addressed to the National Park Service. The prospectus was issued on May 12, 2011 under the terms described in the prospectus, with proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m.(Pacific Time) on July 28, 2011. Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Attn: Business Management Office, Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, California, 94123, by the deadline in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract. The Pacific West Regional Office is moving from Oakland, CA to San Francisco, CA during the period of time proposals are due, therefore the location for which all Offerors submit the proposals must be submitted to Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
