Description
Wage Determination Specification of Work (SOW) SF33 GSA Contractor Access Form Cover Letter THIS SOLICITATION IS A SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES: NOTE: This solicitation was previously posted for 15 days and is now being solicited. This is the solicitation portion of the FedBizOpps Notice. The Government is seeking responsible contractors interested in providing Operation and Maintenance Services located at the Department of Homeland Security Nebraska Avenue Complex, located at 3801 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The services to be performed are operation and maintenance for buildings within the Nebraska Avenue Complex. These services include but are not limited to: management, administrative, subcontracts, reimbursable buildings alterations, supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supervision, management, and services to perform these operation and maintenance services. The Contractor is responsible for planning and scheduling work to ensure material and labor availability is adequate to complete requirements and comply with green cleaning and quality standards. The contract will be solicited using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable source selection method found in FAR Part 15. The intent of this contract is to provide for the complete project described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 811310 - Operation and Maintenance Services. Offerors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov.
