Description
Sole Source Intent. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Yuma at Yuma Proving Grounds, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Laser Technologies Co., 6742 185th Ave NE Suite 300 Redmond, WA 98052. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This contract will be for a 155mm Propelled Sensor Delivery Unit. The Upgrading of YPG-105-120mm Self-Propelled Laser Bore Mapping Inspection System is use to inspect an 105-120mm Cannon Gun and Self Propelled guns which will help support cannon tube inspection and measurement capabilities for mission requirments. These items must be compatible with existing LTC software and hardware equipment being used at YPG. LTC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and holds propietary data rights on the existing system being used at YPG. Award of this requiremennt will be in accordance with Federal Acquistion of Commerical Items. Interested persons may identifiy their interest and capability to respond to the requirments or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements by 18 July 2011 7:00 AM MST. In order to protect propriety information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items.
