- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RP-11-0245 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, necessary to Mow, Trim, provide Turf Fertilization & Pre-Emergent/Post-Emergent Weed Control Services at the Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, California. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 3, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 17, 2010.
