- Description
- The Government is seeking a Contractor to provide wetland restoration for Cutthroat Seep WRP located in Highlands County. The major items of work are: clearing and grubbing; structure removal; excavation; earthfill (construction of ditch plugs); and seeding and mulching. This is a sealed bid procurement. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents will be available in electronic format at www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. The dollar range for the project is $25,000 to $100,000. The work is to be completed within 85 calendar days. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 and the SBA size is $31 million. Solicitations will be posted on FedBizopps on or about July 26, 2011 and are due August 25, 2011 at 2:30pm local time. Faxed bids will not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid site visit will be required. Information on the site visit will be posted in the solicitation. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All responsible, responsive bids will be considered.
