Description

DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, for an commercial Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) procurement with two (2) Option Years for the following Power Distribution Equipment: 18 Each 480/208/110 400 AMP Portable Power Distribution Center (PPDC); 24 Each 480/208/110 200 AMP PPDC; 20 Each 480 VAC 100 AMP Power Distribution Panel (PDP); 20 Each 208/110 VAC 200 AMP PDP; 20 Each 480 VAC 200 AMP PDP; 12 Each 208/110 VAC 100 AMP PDP. To be manufactured in accordance with descriptions/specifications which shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-11-R-3035, shall be posted on or about 27 July 2011 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 335311 with a small business standard of 750 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
