- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue a sole source award to Kroll Ontrack Inc., 9023 Columbine Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55347-4182, to furnish and provide maintenance for one Ontrak PowerControls Commercial Licensing Model and 12 months of maintenance support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is $25 Million. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the test program for commercial items per FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The ERDC requires one Ontrak PowerControls Commercial Licensing Model and 12 months of maintenance support to include delivery, and support at the ERDC in Vicksburg, MS. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist by 2:00 PM CST, Friday, July 15, 2011.
