- This announcement amends the synopsis announcement concerning RFP NNA11293966R,relocation of the Mirror Coater System from NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) at MoffettField, CA, to NASA Dryden Aircraft Operations Facility (DAOF), Palmdale, CA to reflectthe correct times for the site tours:NOTE: The times for the site tours are 1 PM local time on both days. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA: Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 1 PM local time.Attendees shall meet at building N211, just outside room 121. Dryden Aircraft Operations Facility (DAOF),Palmdale, CA is now scheduled for Thursday,July 21, 2011 at 1 PM local time. Attendees shall meet at the security trailer forbadging adjacent to the hangarhe RFP is expected to be released on or about 15 July 2011. In order to arrange access to each location, offerors planning to attend shall notifyjulie.schonfeld@nasa.gov no later than 2 PM local time on 18 July 2011. Provide thecompany name, names of representatives, number of representatives, and citizenship.Offerors failing to do so may not have access to this site tour. Site visits are limitedto U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.Offerors are limited to 3 individuals percompany. Offerors must follow these instructions carefully to ensure access to the sitefor the tours. Scheduling permits only one site tour for each location. Offerors are encouraged to check this website regularly for updated postings. Officialrelease of RFP is scheduled for 15 July 2011 and RFP closes on 15 Aug 2011.
