- AMENDMENT ONE TO THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ANNOUNCES THE DETAILS OF THE PREPROPOSAL MEETING: The preproposal meeting for the Berthoud Pass Trailhead Project is scheduled for July 27 at 09:00. Participants shall meet at the Berthoud Pass Trailhead. All attendees shall RSVP by contacting Karen Post at 303-567-3028 on or before July 25, 2011.

- Address: The Berthoud Pass Trailhead is located on the Clear Creek Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland in Clear Creek County, Colorado. The trailhead sites may be reached, in general, from Idaho Springs by traveling west along Interstate 70 approximately 8 miles to the intersection with State Highway 40 (Winter Park Granby) than travelling west approximately 14 miles to the top of Berthoud Pass. A pre-proposal meeting will be announced in the solicitation.
