- Solicitation Subcontractor to provide all materials, tools, labor and equipment as specified by the scope of work. No parts or materials will be supplied by ANCDF. Subcontractor to provide and replace the compressor on 03-WH5-AIRH-903-SC, Carrier Heat Pump Model 38ARQ008611, Serial 1904G30019. Verify voltage and phase. Subcontractor to provide a new compressor motor contactor. Subcontractor to provide a new compressor crank case heater if needed. Subcontractor to remove and dispose of refrigerant as required by the EPA. Estimate and record on the work order the quantity of refrigerant removed in pounds (lbs). Subcontractor to provide and install new refrigerant Bi-flow filter drier. Subcontractor to provide and install new refrigerant R-22 of type and quantity required. Subcontractor to function test split system 03-WHS-AIRH-903-SC for like new operation once repair is complete and system is ready for operation. Subcontractor to return in one week's time and check unit for proper operation.
