- Bid Schedule for 0073 This acquisition action is issued unrestricted. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for ORACLE/BEA WebLogic Server Premium and WebLogic Integration Software Maintenance Services as set forth in the attached EXCEL spreadsheet. Prospective offerors are encouraged to use the format set forth in the EXCEL spreadsheet when responding to this request for quotation. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Standard commercial packaging and packing apply. Specific SHIP TO and MARK FOR information shall be provided at the time of award. Required period of performance is August 30, 2011 through March 28, 2012. Place of performance is the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, 74 N. Washington Avenue, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3084. The single evaluation factor for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable. As a condition of contracting, the prospective awardee is required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and have its Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) information in a current status. The deadline for receipt of questions concerning this acquisition is 11 a.m., Eastern Time, July 15, 2011. All questions must be submitted in writing. E-mail questions to David.Straughn@dla.mil.
