- Description
- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract to SimplexGrinnell, 6240 Smith Rd., Denver, CO 80216. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(ii). SimplexGrinnell is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. The required service is repair of custom Digitize 3505 fire reporting network. This product will be provided to 460 CES/CEP, 380 S. Aspen Buckley AFB, CO 80011. Delivery is no later than 30 Days ADC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
