- SOLICITATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JULY 28, 2011. This document replaces previously posted "Special Notice" under the same Solicitation number. Notice of solicitation Provide all parts, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to install air conditioning in the gymnasium in Building 1122, Fort McCoy, WI, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and contract documents; building will be occupied during the performance of the contract; contractor shall install dust separation barriers to isolate dust and noise. The proposed procurement is set aside as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned concern under NAICS 238220-Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a corresponding small business size standard of $14.0 Million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding of FAR Part 14. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about July 28, 2011, and offers will be due on or about August 29, 2011 (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively set up for August 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM (see solicitation for verification) and questions will be due to the government by August 15, 2011. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
