Description

The contractor shall provide professional services to include all labor, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary for wheelchair ambulance transport services to beneficiaries of the Providence VA Medical Center. The period of performance will be from 10/01/2011 through 09/30/2012 for a base year, with two (2) one (1) year options at the discretion of the Government. This contract is subject to the service contract act. The applicable NAICS code is 621910 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include: technical capabilities, past performance, and price. This solicitation is unrestricted. The solicitation package will be available on or about July 11, 2011. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
