- The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Solicitors is in need of request for informatoin (RFI) for a Certified Court Reporter. A certified court reporter is requested to attend the depositions in south Texas in the areas of Houston, McAllen, Victoria and Corpus Christi to record the depositions. There may also be one deposition in the area of Dallas, Texas. Work Required: 1. Attend Depositions 2. Record Proceedings 3. Furnish the original and one copy, a condensed copy and electronic copy of the completed transcript. Other requirements: Service of subpoenas Videotaping 8 to 10 depositions
