- Statement of Work with Attachment A Sources Sought for Local Small Business in Las Vegas, Nevada SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide Technical Support services in support of the Project Management Division, Estimating Department, to perform estimating services. Services shall be required on a staff augmentation and/or a fixed-price task order basis: •1. Staff Augmentation Services: All work to be performed at Contractor's facilities. •2. Fixed-price Task Orders: Specific Statement of Work will be provided with the individual Task Orders. Off-the-Shelf commercial software systems used to support Cost Estimating Operations shall be electronically compatible with WinEst (Contractor's Cost Estimating Software). Note: See attached Statement of Work for details.
