- REQUIREMENT: The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 34,000 ANSI/BONA area square feet of contiguous office and related space; approximately 6,300 square feet of warehouse/vehicle maintenance space; and approximately 2,200 square feet of unheated or heated storage space in the area of West Palm Beach, Florida. Secured parking of approximately 8,400 square yards, and unsecured 3,900 square yards is required for private and government vehicles. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, energy star compliant, and must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100 year floodplain. The intended use is for an Army Reserve training center. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2011. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within 50 miles of central West Palm Beach, Florida. LEASE TERM: The lease term is one (1) year firm term, with four (4) option years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information in writing, or by email, by 5:00 PM CST, August 2, 2011. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
