- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) is soliciting quotes competitively for 65 each brand name or equal HAZ Max EZ Fit work boots and 99 Boot HAZ Max over socks. The brand name for the HAZ Max EZ Fit work boots are 11 HAZ Max Fit 007 Small, Medium, & Large, X-Large P/N 87007, and Boot HAZ Max Over Socks Small, Medium, Large, & X-Large P/N 870120 work boots, and manufactured by Fisher Safety. The Offerors that propose other than the brand name item must clearly indicate in their response how the salient characteristics are met by the proposed product. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the specification and has the lowest price. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price on or about 07/23/11. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama Coty, 101 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407
