- BSM PR 0027960261. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following: NSN 1680-01-117-1247 Spring Assembly, Rol, IAW The Boeing Company (CAGE 77272) part number 145C1450-1. the only other approved source is NP Precision (CAGE 3PQR2) part number 145C1450-1. FOB Origin. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 570 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This includes a 90 day Contractor FAT delivery, 30 days for Government evaluation and 450 days for the production and delivery of the full lot.. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item. First Article - Contractor applies. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. This is an Army Critical Safety Item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is July 29, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about August 29, 2011.
