Description

ATT_3_QASP ATT_4_Past Performance Questionnaire ATT_2_Staffing Plan Worksheet ATT_1_ Collective Bargaining Agreement Solicitation The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, materials and other items or services necessary to perform Full Food Service at U.S. Coast Guard Base Support Unit, Kodiak, AK, in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall perform the requirements of the PWS in a professional manner; Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Develop Menus 2. Maintain expendable supplies and equipment 3. Prepare food 4. Perform cashier services 5. Service and replenish food 6. Maintain self service areas 7. Prepare salad and beverage bars 8. Clear tables in CPO and Officer's dining area 9. Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils 10. Maintain quality control 11. Perform maintenance and minor repair of food service equipment 12. Provide additional cooks/baker upon request and in the event of emergencies.
