- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for conference/meeting rooms and meals for the Family Support Yellow Event on August 20-21, 2011, in Albuquerque, NM. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The solicitation is available immediately on the Federal Business Opportunities website. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for CCR is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation for this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. The offeror must register or be registered on Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) invoicing system www.wawf.eb.mil.
