- This a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Advisory and Assistance Services in support of the Department of Defense, Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG), Arlington, VA in accordance with the attached solicitation. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. All questions must be received by July 1, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. All proposals must be received by July 28, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Proposal responses and inquiries will only be accepted electronically via email at joann.ancheta@gsa.gov with a copy to lealyn.sankey@gsa.gov. Amendment no. 1 Dated June 28, 2011 is being issued to correct the description of the "Poor" rating on the past performance quesionnaire. Amendment no. 2 Dated June 29, 2011 is being issued to post the answer to the following question. Question: Is there an incumbent on this contract and if so, who is it? Answer: E3 Federal Solutlions LLC of Arlington, VA is currently performing a small portion of this current requirement. Amendment no. 3 Dated July 11, 2011 is being issued to extend the RFP closing date to Thursday, July 28, 2011, 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Amendment no. 4 Dated July 11, 2011 is being issued to post the first set of questions and answers. Amendment no. 5 Dated July 11, 2011 is being issued to post the second set of questions and answers. Amendment no. 6 Dated July 12, 2011 is being issued to post the third set of questions and answers. Answers to additional questions will soon be posted under a separate amendment to this solicitation. Amendment no. 7 Dated July 13, 2011 is being issued to post the fourth set of questions and answers and to post revisions to the original solicitation dated June 17, 2011. The revised paragraphs in the solicitation are highlighted in yellow. Amendment no. 8 Dated July 14, 2011 is being issued to provide a response to the following question: In reviewing the revised solicitation, there appear to be no CLINs in Section B addressing either Section C4.9 or C4.10. Is this an oversight or is there no expectation of support in these areas? Answer: This is an administrative oversight. We do expect support in these areas. The revised solicitation dated July 14, 2011 is attached with the corrections in Section B highlighted in yellow. Amendment no. 9 is being issued on July 15, 2011 as an administrative clarification to confirm that the amendment numbers appearing in the body of the solicitation notice are correct as delineated above and that the numbering sequence for the actual attachments are in error as a result of the automated numbering system through FedBizOpps. The attachment for the first set of Questions and Answers corresponds to Amendment no. 4. The attachment for the second set of Questions and Answers corresponds to Amendment no. 5. The attachment for the third set of Questions and Answers corresponds to Amendment no. 6. The attachment for the fourth set of Questions and Answers and the July 13, 2011 solicitation revision corresponds to Amendment no. 7. The attachment for the July 14, 2011 solicitation revision corresponds to Amendment no. 8. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all solicitation amendments in their proposal submission.
