Description

This is a solicitation notice for a Road Asphalt Maintenance Requirement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to slurry seal road surface, repaint striping, and replace pavement reflectors on Mission Road from Jolon Road to Sulpher Springs Road and stop at Infantry Road, on Government-owned land at Fort Hunter Liggett, Jolon, CA 93928. All work shall be done in accordance with the SOW included in the solicitation. All work performed should meet at a minimum, the applicable federal, state, local regulations and codes to include any DoD or Army regulations that apply. The Period of Performance will be 60 calender days after the Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 subject to the availability of funds. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 237310/1622, 33.5 Million. Pursuant to FAR 19.1308(a), this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZONE small business. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. To be eligible for award, bidders must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be postedon the FedBizOpps website. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for amendments.
