- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items: 1) Minir700 Solid-state Recorder System, Qty 1; 2) AM-602 High Speed Serial, Qty 1; and 3) 112G8 mRMM with 13948 Firewire, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Ampex Data Systems Corporation, 500 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063, due to direct compatibility with the data systems equipment already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Ampex Data System parts listed above, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
