- PR No: 0041694466. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract with 100% qty options. Destination Inspection is required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The items are proprietary to Luminescent Systems Inc, Cage 14550, P/N 87-00236-001. The NSN is as follows 6220-01-443-2990, Light Navigational Aircraft; Item is not commercial off the Shelf. FOB is Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. Requested quantity is 32. Delivery is 158 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
