- Attachment J-6 Drawings - Kit Price Attachment J-5 Idaho Worker's Comp Verification Form Attachment J-4 Past Performance Client Survey Attachment J-3 Specifications Attachment J-2 SF-24 Bid Bond Attachment J-1 Wage Determination Solicitation - Kit Price GENERAL PROJECT DESCRIPTION Kit Price Campground Water System Replacement AG-02RC-S-11-0084 Idaho Panhandle National Forests Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District PRE-BID TOUR: Prospective contractors and interested parties shall meet at the worksite at 10:00AM on Tuesday, July 26th. Work includes but not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to demolish campground hydrants, host water connections, and a concrete storage tank. Project also includes the installation of a new submersible pump, pre-cast concrete utility building, two (2) - 3000 gallon concrete water storage tanks, campground hydrants, host site connection, and the installation of new HDPE pipes and valves. The estimated start work date for the project is mid-September 2011. The date for contract completion including clean up is mid-June 2012. The price range for this project is: $100,000 - $250,000 A pre-bid tour is expected to be scheduled for this project and that date will be released when the solicitation is issued. This solicitation has been set-aside for HUBZone Concerns. Offerors must be certified HUBZone Concerns with the U.S. Small Business Administration to be eligible for consideration. As this is a Construction project a 20 percent bid guarantee is required and upon award performance and payment bonds equaling 100 percent of the contract award price will be required within 10 days of award. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in the Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Shoshone County, Idaho, in Section 30, T 51 N, R 4 E. It is located approximately 61 miles east of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The project may be accessed from Interstate 90 to Highway 9 and Forest Road 208. SOLICITATION INFORMATION: The solicitation is targeted to be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) website on or about July 8, 2011 for viewing and printing. Potential responders are required to obtain the solicitation, including plans/drawings from the Internet FBO site. No hard-copy solicitations will be issued. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date which will occur the date the actual solicitation is posted on FBO and may or may not be July 8, 2011, the targeted date. It is recommended that interested contractors register to receive automatic notifications for this project. This will send an email notification to you if any changes or amendments are made to a project. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure they submit responses using the most current data available on FBO. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive a contract award and in some cases to even be eligible to be responsive to the solicitation, Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) databases.
