- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR EXISTING LEASE LOCATION VA is seeking to lease approximately 8700 to 9000 net usable square (NUSF) feet NUSF of modern office space in Dallas County, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. The property shall include 50 on-site parking spaces to include 6 handicap spaces. Space must be available for occupancy January 2012. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North - of I-20 W to S Hampton Rd along I-67 South - of I-20 W to S Main St along I-67 West - of I-67 to Duncanville Rd East - of I-67 to N I-35 East Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 5 years firm as a full service lease, with a five-year option period. Expressions of Interest: VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease.
