- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for professional services in the areas described below. It is anticipated that the IDIQ will allow for firm fixed priced, time and material, and labor hours type pricing arrangements. Up to ten awards may be made; up to five awards may be made to small businesses and up to five awards may be made on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541620; the applicable size standard is $7 million. Solicitation R11PS20141 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 4, 2011. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is September 7, 2011. The solicitation and applicable documents must be downloaded at the above site; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective offerors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award. Firms can register at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are also required to submit their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) online at http://orca.bpn.gov.
