- Requirement Decription This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2010-0816, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2011-0421. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4855-11-Q-0056 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423. This solicitation is a set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334419 - Other Electrionic Component Manufacturing. Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Only one contract will be awarded. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4855-11-Q-0056. Line Item: CLIN 0001: Please see attachment. "Or Equal" items will be accepted. If quoting an equal product, please attach specifications with quote. All quotes must include shipping. Items should be delivered FOB destination with government acceptance within 30 days ARO to the following address: 112 E Arcadia Ave Bldg. 575 Cannon AFB, NM 88103 It is the firm's or individual's responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses.
