- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) Oklahoma intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: ON-CALL COURIER SERVICE. Contractor will furnish all tools, parts, facilities, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide services. Duties will include driving onto TAFB, picking up laboratory specimens, and various other types of medical materials, and delivering them to local area laboratories and medical facilities to be determined. Contractor will create and maintain records of all deliveries. Schedule of service will include Monday through Friday from 0700 until 1900 with a maximum of two hours for response time. Federal holidays are exempt. Contractor must have valid State Driver's License, and insurance verification. Release of solicitation approximately July 28th, 2011. Approximate response date for bids is August 18th, 2011. Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and four 1-year options to begin approximately September 30th, 2011. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures may be used for this solicitation. NOTE 1: This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside to Small Business only. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 492110.
