- Air Force Materiel Command (773rd ESS/PKB), San Antonio TX intends to release an 100% Small Business set-aside request for proposal for support services in support of the Commanders Action Group (AFMOA/CAG). The contract will result in a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this contract is to obtain non-personal professional support services for AFMOA regarding the Commanders Action Group (CAG). The CAG was established to provide direct support to the AFMOA Commander and Vice Commander by ensuring senior leadership has the necessary information needed to make informed decisions on all AFMOA policies, issues, and requirements. Senior Analyst services are required to support and enhance the function of the CAG. This non-personal professional requirement provides for onsite support to serve as a senior analyst in support of the CAG. The contractor shall provide the CAG with planning, organizing and providing guidance on AFMOA policy directives; review and analysis of policy, and identification of deliverables needed to support AF/SG, AF/SG3, and AFMOA/CC requirements. This full time position researches, validates, and assigns tasks to the appropriate AFMOA Directorates and coordinates daily with directorates to provide updates to AFMOA senior leadership. NAICS Code 541990 is used for this project. The Small Business size standard is $7,000,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR and have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency Contract will be awarded with a base period (September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012) and four additional one-year option periods. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2011. This solicitation will only be available on the internet at the following address: www.fbo.gov and find the above mentioned solicitation number. The Contracting Officer for this project is Gregory Santiago. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses firms serviced by the Small Business Administration. There is no geographical restriction on this competitive requirement.
