- PR: IQC11164009055 NSN: 4730-01-010-0100 Item description: Shield, safety, pipe flange aluminum foil glass cloth material. A 1 year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) with 4 option years is anticipated. Set-side: Total Small Business Set-Aside Required item of supply: IAW American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) F1138 and drawing 2145518, part number 2145518-8 and all requirements of the current solicitation. Increments solicited: 14-49, 50-99, 100-199 and 200-299 units. Required delivery schedule: All quantities within 60 days. Estimated annual demand quantity is 276 units. Awards will be made to the offeror(s) whose quotes(s) / offer(s) conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value to the Government. Past performance, offered delivery and price will be evaluated when making a comparative assessment of quotes / offers. An award may be made to other than the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Requests for hard copies of this RFQ and specifications, plans or drawings, if available, may be requested at the following web site: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil after the anticipated RFQ issue date of July 19, 2011. FedBizOpps numbered notes (1), and (26) apply. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.
