- Statement of Work Request for Quote for Senior and Junior Biologists Positions at Beale AFB CA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued for "a Senior and Junior Biologists positions in support of Wetland/Floodplains/Habitat Protection" at Beale AFB CA. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for more information. The base Period of Performance (POP) is 1 September 2011-31 December 2011 with two (2) Option Years. This procurement is set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 541620. The Standard Industry Code is 8748. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. A Firm Fixed-price type contract is anticipated for this acquisition. This is a competitive best value source selection utilizing the "Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable" evaluation methodology. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for the award. Offeror may register at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM (PST), 29 Jul 2011. Provide Representations and Certifications with the quote as outlined in FAR 52.212-3.
