- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Contracting Office Fort Sill, Oklahoma intend to award a SOLE SOURCE Contract to Ellis Services and Solutions Enterprises, LLC. 434th FAB, BDE Security Systems Modification for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The award shall consist of the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies and equipment to modify the existing security system in building 6075 by installing new equipment and a fiber optic network with one year warranty on new equipment so that it will monitor activity outside buildings 6072-6075 on Fort Sill. The current security system project was developed, designed, and installed by Ellis Services and Solutions Enterprises. This contractor is the only one who has the knowledge, skills, and ability to complete the tasks to maintain existing warranty and interface new equipment with existing equipment that is required to modify the security system which is currently in place. If equipment is moved or installed by any other entity besides the requested contractor, then warranty on the equipment will be null and void. This requirement shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, size standard $12.5 million. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within five (5) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
