- The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure closing agent services for the states of Virginia and West Virginia; the performance period is one year with options for four additional years. All interested parties should go directly to www.fbo.gov where this notice was published to download the solicitation; the Request for Proposal (RFP) containing all necessary information will be made available on the website on or after August 25, 2011. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. Potential offerors who download the solicitation will not automatically receive any amendments; you are advised to check back with the FBO website frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to this solicitation. Any amendments (if issued) will be linked to the solicitation page and available for downloading on the FBO website.
