- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (HNCK) intends to award on a sole source basis a Fixed Price contract for the repair of various WSTI-U equipment to the OEM, AXSYS Technologies IR Systems, Inc., 24 Simon St., Nashua NH 03060-3025. This proposed repair acquisition will include the following: 4 each, Thermal Imager, NSN: 5855ND024152J, P/N: 23164-602; 1 each, Thermal Imager W/PTH, NSN: 6350ND024152J, P/N: 23164-301 and 8 each, Thermal Imager, NSN: 5855ND024150J. P/N: 22951. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of asset. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by August2011. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within seven (7) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22.
