Attachment 3 Wage Determination Attachment 2 Past Performance Document IDIQ Solicitation Document Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Classification Code: R- Professional, Administrative, and Management Support services NAICS Code: 541 - Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services The Department of Commerce, Office of Science & Technology, Marine Chart Division intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 12 month base year and 4 12 month option years. The period during which orders for these services can be placed will commence with the effective date of the contract and extend five years thereafter. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Task Orders issued in accordance with the contract. (See full solicitation & PWS attached in FBO). The contractor shall not begin performance prior to the issuance of a Task Order. Under no circumstances shall the value of all Task Orders exceed the stated maximum in the contract. The required delivery date is September 01, 2011. Vendors who believe they have the ability to meet the unique technical and capability features are required to submit in writing an affirmative response demonstrating that they can meet the Government requirements. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Failure to submit sufficient documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after this publication.
